Rey Focus Hunt adds a real lens focus hunt to your edit in one click: the image drifts out of focus and snaps back, with genuine lens bokeh. Place the playhead, click once, done.
Rey Focus Hunt is built on DaVinci Resolve's own Lens Blur, so it looks like a real lens searching for focus rather than a simple blur. Move the playhead to where the blur should peak, set the strength and duration, and click Add Focus Hunt. The duration is set in seconds, so a hunt looks the same on any clip and at any frame rate.
Use it as an effect on a single clip, as an adjustment layer over several clips, or as a node on the Fusion page. Stack as many hunts as you like, jump between them, undo the last one, or reset the look while keeping your hunts. Every Lens Blur control is included to shape the blur itself: bokeh shape, highlights and colour fringing.
