Film Labs 64

Film Labs 64 Pro is designed to replace rigid LUT workflows with a more flexible DCTL-based grading system inside DaVinci Resolve. The toolset is built around a five-node structure covering Rec.709 conversion, secondary corrections, creative look development, film texture, and finishing effects.

The Look section includes 10 film stocks and print-film emulations, including Kodak 5213, 5207, 5201, Ektachrome, Fuji 500T, 250D, 8532, and 8520, along with Kodak 2383 and Fuji 3513 print-film looks. Users can also add highlight and shadow tints to further shape the final color response.

The Texture node provides adjustable film grain, film density, bloom, halation, and vignette controls, while the final Scope Toolkit adds finishing options such as lens warping, edge blur, and aspect-ratio crops. Secondary controls for contrast, offset, saturation, and white balance are also consolidated into the workflow for faster grading.

Film Labs 64 Pro is designed for Rec.709-based pipelines and requires DaVinci Resolve Studio. A basic Rec.709 conversion is required on the first node, either through a CST, LUT, or Film Labs Transform 2.
